Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the YapClean Windows beta, website, and beta access process.
YapClean is operated by EVA MAKAR SLLC, UIC/EIK 206649912. Contact: founder@yapclean.tech.
Beta status
YapClean is currently a beta product. Features, limits, compatibility, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.
Windows-only beta
YapClean is offered as a Windows beta. The website should not promise other desktop platforms.
BYOK provider responsibility
The current beta uses a bring-your-own-key model. You are responsible for your own AI provider account, API key, provider terms, usage limits, and provider charges.
Acceptable use
Use YapClean lawfully and responsibly. Do not use the product to process content you are not allowed to process, to violate another service's terms, or to create harmful or deceptive content.
No guarantee of flawless output
YapClean is designed to clean and format dictated text, but it may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing text before sending, publishing, submitting, or relying on it.
Compatibility
YapClean is designed for many Windows text fields. Compatibility may vary across Windows apps and field types during beta testing.
Free BYOK
Free BYOK is the $0 beta option with 5,000 words per month. Users bring their own OpenAI or Groq speech key.
Managed Pro
Managed Pro is the planned $12/month option with 50,000 words per month. It is not available as a public self-serve subscription today.
Lifetime Pro BYOK
Lifetime Pro BYOK is the planned $149 one-time BYOK option. During beta, access is reviewed and delivered manually.
Managed provider access
Managed provider access is planned but not currently available for public purchase. Gemini is an experimental BYOK cleanup/formatting path in the desktop beta; Vertex AI remains a planned managed-infrastructure direction rather than a public self-serve option.
Changes
YapClean may update these Terms as the beta evolves. Continued use after updates means accepting the updated Terms.
